BUDGAM, SEPT 18: A 21-year-old youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his residence in Qadi Pora area of Budgam during the intervening night of Thursday and Friday, officials said.
The deceased has been identified as Shafat Hussain, 21, a resident of Qadi Pora.
Officials said Shafat was found unconscious inside his home, following which the matter was reported to police.

A police team reached the spot and took the body into custody for completion of medico-legal formalities.
The body will be handed over to the family after completion of the necessary procedures for the last rites.
Police have started an investigation to establish the circumstances leading to the death. Further details are awaited as the probe is underway.
