The Ahad Golf Championship 2026 concluded successfully at the scenic Lidder Valley Golf Course in Pahalgam, with Vicky Shaw, Chairman of PHDCCI Kashmir, and his partner Khawar Butt CEO KBits Networks, producing a memorable performance in a competitive field of 76 avid golfers.
As per a statement issued, Shaw carded a commendable round of 76, while Butt delivered an impressive score of 74. Together, the duo combined for nine birdies, highlighting their chemistry and skill on a course that drew praise from all participants for its excellent condition and superb greens.
The tournament was played under a three-fourth handicap system, ensuring a level and competitive playing field for the 76 golfers who took part in the event.
The Ahad Golf Championship 2026 was sponsored by Mushtaq Burza of Welcome Hotel Pine & Peaks. Participants lauded the top-level facilities and accommodation arranged by Burza, which contributed significantly to the success and comfort of the event.
The championship was expertly moderated by Owais Burza, while hospitality was overseen by Asif Burza of the Ahad Group, whose efforts ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience for all players and guests.
