Speaking on the occasion, Zuhaib Yousf Mir emphasised the importance of strengthening the party organisation at the grassroots and said that organisational elections must go beyond the mere appointment of office-bearers.

“These elections should mean more than merely choosing office-bearers. They should help strengthen the party at the grassroots, deepen our engagement with people and give greater meaning and responsibility to our organisational structure. The real significance of these elections will lie in how effectively we translate this organisational exercise into stronger engagement with the people,” Mir said.
