The High Court Staff Welfare Association on Friday accorded a warm and cordial welcome to Chief Justice Dr. Pushpendra Singh Bhati on his assuming office as the Chief Justice of the High Court.
A delegation of the High Court Staff Welfare Association, led by its President, Syed Anvour Shaheen, called on the Chief Justice and conveyed heartfelt felicitations on behalf of the entire Registry and administrative staff.
As a mark of respect and traditional Kashmiri hospitality, the Association presented the Chief Justice with a floral bouquet, ceremonial robes and a traditional Kashmiri shawl.
During the interaction, the Association representatives expressed their solidarity with the new leadership and reaffirmed the staff fraternity’s commitment to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the High Court administration.
Speaking on the occasion, President Syed Anvour Shaheen said that the staff fraternity looks forward to working under the leadership and visionary guidance of the Chief Justice. He expressed hope that the new leadership would provide continued institutional support to the employees and further strengthen the administrative system of the High Court.
The Chief Justice appreciated the warm gesture and gracious welcome extended by the Staff Welfare Association. He also acknowledged the important role played by court employees and Registry staff in maintaining institutional efficiency and facilitating the timely delivery of judicial services to the public.
The meeting concluded on a cordial note, with the Association members extending their best wishes to the Chief Justice for a successful and distinguished tenure.
