Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) Officiating President Desh Rattan Dubey attended the 95th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), marking the first such meeting attended by the JKCA leadership following the recent elections of the association.
Dubey, as per JKCA officials, represented the JKCA at the meeting, which brought together representatives of state and union territory cricket associations and the BCCI leadership to deliberate on matters concerning Indian cricket.
The JKCA official said that this participation assumes significance, as it comes after the recently held JKCA elections, following which the new leadership has taken charge of the association.
The official added that the AGM provided an important platform for member associations to discuss various administrative and cricketing matters concerning the functioning and development of the game across the country.
