As part of the engagement, the South African delegation visited the Indian Army’s artificial intelligence (AI) infusion initiatives and the 505 Army Base Workshop.
The delegation was briefed on technology-driven transformation within the Indian Army and initiatives aimed at strengthening indigenous defence capabilities.
The engagement underscored the growing scope of India-South Africa defence cooperation and the shared emphasis on training, technology and capacity building.
