JAMMU, SEPT 22: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday paid obeisance at the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine and offered prayers for peace, prosperity and development in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and the well-being of all.
During his visit to the holy shrine, the Lieutenant Governor sought the blessings of Mata Vaishno Devi for the peace and prosperity of J&K and the welfare of its people.
The visit came as devotees continued to throng the revered shrine, one of the most prominent pilgrimage destinations in the Union Territory.
The Lieutenant Governor’s visit also reflected the spiritual and religious significance attached to the shrine, which attracts pilgrims from across the country throughout the year.
LG Sinha prayed for the well-being of people across Jammu and Kashmir and for continued peace, harmony and prosperity in the Union Territory.
