SAMBA, SEPT 25: Bari Brahmana Police arrested an accused wanted in connection with the recent firing incident on the National Highway at Tarore, making a significant breakthrough in the case.
Acting on specific information about the movement of the accused, police teams launched a coordinated operation during patrolling in the jurisdiction of Police Station Vijaypur and apprehended Harish alias Herry, son of Harbans Lal, resident of Ranjri, Samba.
The accused was wanted in connection with the firing incident at Tarore and was booked in FIR Number 284/2026 under Sections 109 BNS and 3/27 Arms Act at Police Station Bari Brahmana.
The arrest marks a key development in the ongoing investigation, with further proceedings being carried out as per law.
