NUBRA, SEPT 26: Deputy Commissioner Nubra Mukul Beniwal, on Saturday chaired the second quarterly meeting of the Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS), reviewing healthcare requirements, fund availability and proposed expenditure for the upcoming quarter.
The meeting focused on the availability and sources of RKS funds, utilisation of existing funds and expenditure proposals aimed at strengthening healthcare delivery at health institutions across Nubra.
Block Medical Officer Nubra presented a detailed PowerPoint presentation on the agenda items, including proposed expenditures.
The Deputy Commissioner scrutinised the proposals and stressed prudent, transparent and outcome-oriented utilisation of RKS funds, with priority to essential requirements and improvement of patient-care services.
The meeting was attended by the Chief Medical Officer, Executive Engineer REW Nubra, Block Development Officer Diskit, BMO Nubra, consultant doctors and other members of the RKS committee.
