REASI, OCT 8: A medical and wellness outreach initiative was organised at 1 JKAP IR Battalion, Reasi, in collaboration with the Department of AYUSH, Reasi, providing medical consultation, health guidance and wellness awareness to officers, personnel and civilians.
The camp brought together an AYUSH medical team comprising Dr. Vijay Pandita, Medical Officer; Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Medical Officer; Neelam, Pharmacist; and Majid, Yoga Instructor, who interacted with participants and provided consultations and guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Participants were also provided AYUSH medicines free of cost, wherever advised following medical consultation, extending access to traditional-system healthcare and reinforcing the focus on preventive health practices.
The initiative reflects continued coordination between the Armed Police Headquarters J&K and the civil health system in promoting healthcare awareness and wellness among police personnel as well as members of the surrounding community.
