BARAMULLA, SEPT 19: Baramulla Police conducted a comprehensive market inspection in Pattan on Saturday, directing shopkeepers to remove encroachments from footpaths and ensuring compliance with prescribed security and safety measures.

During the inspection, police checked illegal occupation of public footpaths by shopkeepers and issued directions for removal of obstructions to ensure clear and unobstructed movement of pedestrians.

The inspection was carried out in the presence of the Executive Magistrate and officials of Municipal Committee Pattan, reflecting coordinated efforts by the concerned agencies to strengthen regulation and public safety in the market area.
