KHALTSI, SEPT 17: Deputy Commissioner Sham, Kunzes Angmo, today virtually attended the LG Yuva Internship Orientation Programme along with enrolled youth from District Sham at the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Khaltsi.
The orientation programme was organised by the Youth Services & Sports Department, UT Ladakh, and presided over by the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh.
The programme was aimed at familiarising enrolled interns with the objectives, framework and various components of the LG Yuva Internship Programme, while providing them an opportunity to gain practical experience, engage in meaningful learning and contribute to the development of the Union Territory.
Addressing the participating youth, the Deputy Commissioner encouraged them to actively participate in the internship programme, make the most of the learning opportunities and contribute meaningfully to society.
Officers and officials of the district administration, besides enrolled interns from District Sham, attended the programme.
