Human Rangoli at Jeevan Nagar highlights youth aspirations for Viksit Bharat

JAMMU, OCT 6: A vibrant display of creativity, patriotism and collective participation unfolded at Shiksha Niketan Senior Secondary School, Jeevan Nagar, where students created a ‘Human Rangoli’ under the ‘Seva Ke Rang, Rashtra Ke Sang’ initiative of the ongoing Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, using art and coordinated movement to convey a message of nation-building and the aspirations of a developed India.

The programme was attended by J&K BJP President and Rajya Sabha MP Sat Sharma, accompanied by BJP Vice-President and Rangoli Programme Convenor Rekha Mahajan, General Secretary Baldev Singh Billawaria, District President Naresh Singh, Mandal President Sohan Lal, Programme Co-convenor Prerna Nanda, Santosh Sharma and others.

A large number of students participated in the presentation, creatively portraying Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of ‘Viksit Bharat’. The coordinated formation transformed the school ground into a visual representation of national aspirations, with the students’ participation reflecting discipline, teamwork, creativity and their vision for a progressive and self-reliant India.

Addressing the gathering, Sat Sharma said the Human Rangoli went beyond a cultural or creative presentation and represented the aspirations of the younger generation for a stronger, developed and self-reliant nation. He said the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan seeks to carry the spirit of service beyond organisational programmes and connect it with society, particularly the youth.

“The creativity and enthusiasm displayed by these students reflect the confidence of New India. Their vision today will shape the Viksit Bharat of tomorrow,” Sat Sharma said.

He said initiatives involving young people in nation-building activities help create a stronger sense of responsibility and connect students with the broader developmental journey of the country.

Rekha Mahajan said the initiative gave students a platform to express their understanding of nation-building through art, creativity and collective participation. She said ‘Seva Ke Rang, Rashtra Ke Sang’ seeks to transform the spirit of service into a wider people-oriented movement by encouraging different sections of society to contribute towards national development.

Baldev Singh Billawaria said participation of students in such programmes strengthens their connection with the nation and its developmental aspirations. He said the Human Rangoli conveyed the message that the journey towards a developed India is a collective responsibility, with the younger generation having an important role in shaping the country’s future.

The event combined creative expression with a message of civic participation, placing school students at the centre of an initiative aimed at highlighting service, national responsibility and the aspirations associated with the vision of Viksit Bharat.
