JAMMU, SEPT 19: IGP Jammu Zone Tejinder Singh, accompanied by senior police officers and personnel, led a road march through Jammu city to review security arrangements and strengthen police presence across key areas.
The march was aimed at maintaining heightened vigilance, reinforcing public safety measures and assessing the preparedness of police personnel to respond swiftly to any emerging security challenge.
During the exercise, the police presence was visibly reinforced at important locations, with officers reviewing the overall security posture and policing arrangements on the ground.
Jammu Police reiterated its commitment to maintaining peace and ensuring the safety and security of the public through sustained vigilance, effective deployment and prompt response mechanisms.
