Srinagar, Oct 25: Apni Party General Secretary and former MLA from Pahalgam, Rafi Ahmad Mir, Sunday visited several areas of the Pahalgam constituency and interacted with local residents to take stock of the prevailing situation, public concerns, and developmental needs.
Mir, accompanied by senior party colleagues from the Pahalgam constituency, visited Hapatnar, Khayar, Liver, and Tulhard. During the visit, he held interactions with residents and listened to their concerns regarding various public issues and developmental challenges affecting their respective areas.
As per a statement issued, the residents apprised Mir of a range of pressing issues and grievances, highlighting matters requiring the attention of the concerned authorities. They also shared their concerns about local needs and the difficulties faced by people in their daily lives.
Mir gave a patient hearing to the residents and discussed the issues raised during the interactions. He assured them that he would take up their concerns with the authorities at the highest level and work towards ensuring their timely redressal.
On the occasion, Mir reiterated his commitment to the development and prosperity of the constituency and the welfare of its people.
