Kupwara, Sep 10: BJP Media Incharge Kashmir and Prabhari BJP Kupwara, Adv Sajid Yousuf Shah, has expressed deep sorrow over the devastating fire incident in Warnow, Lolab, which gutted several shops and left local traders facing heavy losses.
Expressing solidarity with the affected shopkeepers and their families, Shah, as per a statement, said the incident has taken away not just shops and property but also the means of livelihood of families who have worked hard to build their businesses. He said the loss is particularly painful for those who have invested their savings or taken loans to establish their shops and support their families.
He urged the District Administration Kupwara and the government to immediately assess the losses & provide adequate compensation and relief to all those affected by the fire.
