J&K Government has notified the timelines and designated officer or appellate authorities for the service of “No Objection Certificate (NOC) for issuing solvent order license” of Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.
The timelines and designated officer or appellate authorities have been notified by the government in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 read with section 8 of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act, 2011 (Act No. IX of 2011).
As per the notification, the stipulated time frame for providing service will be 30 days and the designated officer will be the Director concerned of Department of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.
Special Secretary, Department of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs will be the first appellate authority while Administrative Secretary, Department of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs will be the second appellate authority.
