JAMMU, SEPT 19: Police Station Domana has successfully traced two missing women, including a 79-year-old elderly woman, and reunited both with their respective families following sustained search operations.
According to police, the 79-year-old woman, a resident of Dhatryal, Marh, had gone missing from her residence on September 16. Her missing report was entered at Police Station Domana on September 17, following which the police team launched an immediate search operation.
After sustained and hectic efforts, the team successfully traced the elderly woman and ensured her safe return.
In another case, a 36-year-old woman from Gangwan, Tehsil Marh, was reported missing, with her missing report entered at Police Station Domana on September 17.
The police team initiated a coordinated search and subsequently traced her successfully.
After completion of all requisite legal formalities, both women were safely handed over to their respective legal heirs.
The prompt action by Domana Police highlights its continued focus on tracing missing persons and ensuring the safety and welfare of citizens, particularly vulnerable individuals.
