Organised by the Office of the Dean of Students, the programme was held in line with the government’s emphasis on integrating the Karmayogi Bharat initiative into institutional capacity-building efforts aimed at promoting continuous learning, strengthening competencies and improving organisational effectiveness.

The programme began with the playing of the Karmayogi Gaan, highlighting the core values of the initiative.

Dean of Students, faculty members and other stakeholders attended the session, which focused on helping Cultural Committee members better understand their roles and responsibilities in planning and conducting cultural activities.

The training covered leadership, teamwork, communication, coordination, creativity and programme management. Participants were encouraged to adopt a collaborative and structured approach while organising cultural events and contributing to the overall development of students.
