KARGIL, SEPT 17: An orientation programme for youth aspiring to join the Ladakh Police as Constables is underway at Bamathang Ground, Kargil, with the aim of familiarising candidates with the recruitment process and helping them prepare for the upcoming selection stages.
Senior officers and instructors of the Ladakh Police are overseeing the programme and guiding participants on physical efficiency tests, prescribed physical standards, documentation requirements and conduct during the recruitment process.
The initiative is designed to help aspiring candidates gain a clear understanding of the selection criteria and prepare systematically for the recruitment process.
Ladakh Police said such orientation and capacity-building initiatives are being undertaken to provide a level playing field to all eligible candidates.
Officials also encouraged interested youth to make full use of the opportunity and approach the recruitment process with discipline, dedication and a spirit of service to the community.
