REASI, SEPT 13: Reasi Police conducted a comprehensive ground-level security assessment in Katra and Arnas, with personnel undertaking foot patrols to review security arrangements and assess operational preparedness on the ground.

During the assessment, police personnel inspected key areas, reviewed existing security arrangements and evaluated the readiness of field personnel to respond effectively to any emerging situation.

The exercise was aimed at strengthening ground surveillance, security preparedness and prompt response mechanisms, particularly in sensitive and high-footfall areas.

Reasi Police said such field assessments and patrols would continue to ensure heightened vigilance and effective security management across the district.
