KISHTWAR, SEPT 19: BJP General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul reviewed the party’s grassroots functioning and public outreach during a meeting of the Dachhan Mandal in Kishtwar, calling for stronger coordination and greater engagement with people in remote areas.

The meeting brought together Kishtwar Prabhari Gajay Singh, District President Ravi Kumar Parihar, MLA Kishtwar Shagun Parihar and other senior leaders and party workers.

The discussions covered the functioning of the Mandal, participation of workers, organisational coordination and ways to make public outreach programmes more effective.

Koul emphasised that Mandal-level workers have a key role in maintaining regular contact with people and understanding their concerns.

He called for intensified public contact programmes in rural and remote areas and urged workers to ensure that people are made aware of government schemes and development initiatives.

He also stressed dedication, discipline and a service-oriented approach among party workers, while calling for stronger communication of public issues through the organisational structure.

Gajay Singh called for closer coordination between the Mandal workers and senior leadership. Ravi Kumar Parihar assured continued support from the district unit for grassroots activities, while Shagun Parihar stressed sustained interaction with the public to better understand local concerns and support development efforts.
