CBSE Remedial Classes complete third week across Leh, strengthening exam preparedness

LEH, OCT 3: The third week of CBSE Remedial Classes for Classes 10 and 12 concluded successfully across designated centres and educational zones of Leh district, providing targeted academic support to students preparing for their board examinations.

The remedial programme was conducted at centres covering Sumoor, Turtuk, Disket, Khaltse, Nyoma, Tangtse, Boys Higher Secondary School Leh and DIET Leh, ensuring students across different parts of the district had access to specialised academic assistance.

The classes focused on strengthening conceptual understanding, addressing learning gaps and providing examination-oriented guidance, enabling students to consolidate key concepts and approach their board examinations with greater confidence.

The programme saw active participation from students, while CBSE subject experts, teachers, educational institutions and DIET Leh staff contributed to its implementation across the designated centres.

The School Education Department acknowledged the guidance and support of Bhanu Prabha, IAS, Administrative Secretary, School Education Department, UT Ladakh, and Tsering Paldan, JKAS, Director, School Education Department, UT Ladakh, whose continued direction has supported the implementation of the initiative.

Principal, DIET Leh, expressed gratitude to the Administrative Secretary and Director for their sustained support and also appreciated the CBSE experts, teachers and DIET Leh staff for their dedicated efforts in ensuring the smooth conduct of the classes across Leh district.

The completion of the third week marks another step in the department’s efforts to provide equitable academic support, strengthen examination readiness and improve learning outcomes for students across Ladakh.
