SAMBA, SEPT 26: Abtal Sports Club lifted the volleyball tournament organised by Samba Police under the Civic Action Programme (CAP) 2026-27 at Government Middle School, Rangoor Camp, Ramgarh.
The sporting event brought together eight teams from different parts of Samba district and witnessed enthusiastic participation from players as well as strong support from local spectators.
Abtal Sports Club secured the title after defeating Govindgarh Sports Club in a keenly contested final.
The winning and runner-up teams were presented trophies, medals, volleyball kits and jerseys by Samba Police.
In recognition of their contribution, the tournament’s umpires and commentator were also felicitated with mementos. Refreshments were subsequently served to the participants and attendees.
Additional SP Samba, SDPO Vijaypur, SHO Police Station Ramgarh and other police officers and officials attended the event.
