SRINAGAR, SEPT 27: J&K Police wrestlers Bania Min and Ishaq Ahmed secured bronze medals at the 75th All India Police Wrestling Cluster held in Haryana, bringing recognition to the department at the national-level sporting event.
The medal-winning performances were appreciated by ADGP Armed J&K, Shri Nitish Kumar, IPS, who congratulated both wrestlers and commended their dedication, hard work and sporting spirit.
The ADGP also acknowledged the contribution of team coaches Krishan and Roshan, appreciating their sustained efforts, guidance and mentorship in preparing the athletes for the prestigious competition.
Congratulating the medallists on their performance, ADGP Armed expressed confidence that their achievement would motivate other J&K Police personnel to pursue sporting excellence and contribute further to the department’s reputation in national competitions.
