JAMMU, SEPT 16: DIG JSK Range Shridhar Patil chaired a meeting with personnel of the Headquarters Zone in Jammu and issued directions to strengthen crime monitoring, patrolling and public-oriented policing.

During the meeting, the DIG reviewed crime-related matters and directed personnel to ensure effective investigation, timely disposal of cases and close monitoring of emerging crime trends.

He also reviewed patrolling arrangements and stressed effective area domination, heightened vigilance and visible policing during routine duties.

Personnel were directed to respond promptly to public grievances and maintain close coordination at all levels.

Emphasising professionalism and discipline, the DIG directed all personnel to discharge their duties with dedication and remain alert to ensure the safety and security of the public.

The meeting also focused on strengthening field coordination and ensuring responsive, professional and people-friendly policing across the area.
